Q:Will you provide statistics on the amount of people that visit your site and the clicks on the advertising for our business?
A: I do not collect any information on any visitor except the purpose to monitor statistics such as how many people visit our site, the user's IP address, which pages people visit, from which domains our visitors come and which browsers people use. We use these statistics about your visit for aggregation purposes only. These statistics are used to help us improve the performance of our Web site.
Q: Do you send emails constantly or emails recommending products to buy?
A: Contact is only made on an agreement by yourself via email and only for the purpose to inform you of important information about our services and products or changes to the website.
Q: Do you really provide assistance in helping us?
A:Any email from our visitors or customers about our business is handled as fast as possible.
I am a highly ethical person as many marketers and business people are. I am in Australia and the timezone between countries is a bit of worry to many marketers where ever they are. Locally it's possible just to ring up and obtain automatic assistance. I am upgrading the helpdesk for your convenience as the office telephone here in Australia is quite busy through the day and night. So please consult your timezone and be courteous and understanding as we all have to sleep. Plans are also on the way to provide you video and audio assistance. Thank you.
Complaints.
We are not a complaint department. We will help you and assist you where we can. Remember there are circumstances as we stated above the timezone and many other people are customers. So don't throw a brick at us in hoping to break us. We are not here to suffer any abuse.
It is your responsibility to enforce your action to those businesses.No one will do it for you.
If you are unhappy about a product or service don't abuse- ask and talk it out with the business who you purchased the product from. They are more than happy to hear your comments or complaints in a civil manner.If we can assist we will do what we can.
Be respectful,honest,and courteous. This mannerism will take you along way with resolving your complaint.
